Personalize cards

With the card management you can encode and print all different types of card types in a very flexible way: one card alone or many at once. You have far more options with our software than with conventional card printing software. You can not only write on magnetic strips, but also encode contactless and contact-based chipcards.

For every requirement

Card management has been developed for many different areas of application. An association, for example, has different requirements than a university or a large company. We offer card management in different versions so that all of our customers receive the functions that are right for them.

Connection to other systems

The card management software was developed for the highest demands in order to enable a simple and intelligent connection to external systems such as personnel management, access control or time recording systems.

Check the print status

During the printing process you can see important metrics such as the number of cards still to be printed, the average number of cards printed per minute or the estimated remaining printing time.

You can also pause and cancel the printing process at any time using the “Print Status Window”.

Display the live image on the PC and trigger a photo

The my.InterCard card management supports webcams and various digital cameras when displaying a live image on the monitor. The motif can be viewed from the PC and the photo can be taken directly at the workplace without copying or deleting unnecessary images.

The card management supports, for example, Canon® EOS cameras with the live image display.

Automatic image processing

The my.InterCard card management has an automatic image processing module that automatically recognizes and cuts faces and removes “red eyes”. Here, too, you can use a live image from various Canon® digital cameras.

Encode the multifunctional chipcard

With my.InterCard card management, many interfaces are immediately available for the full range of functions of a multifunctional chipcard.

Functions such as access control, time recording, fleet management, print and copy management, payment systems for the canteen and much more can be loaded onto the chipcard in one process.

Central management of the data on the application server saves you considerable costs: only one chipcard has to be created, managed, extended or blocked.

Evaluate cards and add functions afterwards

With the card management you can process the chip card further after encoding and printing. Additional functions such as time recording or a shop function can be added to the original coding.

You can update existing data records at any time, for example reassigning a library number or an access code.

Read data

The data on the chipcard can be read out with a reader and displayed on the PC using the software. Thanks to the integrated rights management, you can determine in advance which user has access to which data.

Connection to third-party systems

The my.InterCard card management with its interfaces offers the possibility of a quick to set up and easy to use connection to many external systems such as SAP or HISinOne.

Data is made available once a night, several times a day or immediately from the source system in a wide variety of ways (e.g. CSV file, database view, WEB service).

my.InterCard KM-Databridge

The KM-Databridge (as a background service program) automatically processes data from various data sources and makes them available to the card management of my.InterCard and any number of third-party systems (e.g. access control, time recording). The times and formats for the data transfer can be freely configured or redefined.

Interfaces to all systems

User administration
Allocation of individual user rights according to the internal authorization specifications in the organization.

Central Administration
The my.InterCard card management works with a central application server. All actions are coordinated and carried out centrally on this server. The clients are supplied with the requested data, data imports and exports to third-party systems are carried out and the data exchange between the external personal databases and the card management database is organized.

Database
All production data records, but also card layouts, import and export profiles, are kept in the card management database. In this way, the system shifts the entire data management and thus the responsibility to the application server and the card management database.

Web services
Web services allow secure data exchange with the central application server without the client having to access the database directly. The integrated web service module on the application server sends responses to requests made regarding card blocking / unblocking, card status or production requests for a card.

Data sources
With the card management you can securely use data from external systems. The software is compatible with its interfaces for common systems such as SAP, Oracle, SQL Server or HISinOne.

Room-to-room
Card production can be transferred from one client to another (room-to-room). This offers the advantage that data import and image capture can be carried out at pure service workstations, while the card print order can then be taken over by a client with a connected card printer.
