The SECANDA room assignment system permits a flexible and intuitive management of your room resources. Practice and seminar rooms or conference rooms can be conveniently reserved and booked from anywhere using the IntraKey app on your smartphone or on your PC via the web browser.
You can check immediately online whether a free room is available at short notice. Current or expired reservations and the state of the user account can be seen at a glance. If you need a locker for your work equipment in addition to the room, you can use the integrated online locker reservation.

The utilisation of the rooms is updated in real time and an overview is shown in the app.
Room assignment termina
On the day of the reservation, users register at the room assignment terminal using their identification medium. The reserved room category and the room allocated by the system are shown. By simply clicking, registration and access rights for the doors and lockers are then written onto the identification medium or stored centrally in the system.
If the room is needed for longer than planned, its use can be extended online. The extended locking rights can also be written onto the identification medium at the terminal. Invited users can also register at the terminal and will receive identical access rights.
Room assignment software
All parameters of the rooms are managed by means of a software program. This can be used later to generate electronic access authorisation.
Events and series of dates can be planned in the room assignment system with longterm or serial reservations.
If required, rooms can be removed from general use either permanently or temporarily.
